    We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to lead and support daily operations within our service department. This role is essential for driving productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction by developing processes, implementing standard operating procedures, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

    Responsibilities

    + Lead and support daily operations within the service department.

    + Drive productivity and efficiency by developing processes.

    + Implement standard operating procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery.

    + Collaborate with engineering managers and HR during interviews and pre-screening processes.

    + Focus on process improvement and manufacturing process engineering.

    Essential Skills

    + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred or experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

    + Clear and concise communication in both verbal and written formats.

    + Strong organizational skills and responsibility with customer information.

    + Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects.

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    + Proficiency with computer systems.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Current and valid driver’s license.

    + Employment contingent upon passing a background check and pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.

    Work Environment

    The work environment is in-person with some travel required. You will be working for a local industry leader with over 75 years in the South Dakota market. The role promotes a positive and safe-minded work environment.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $40.00/hr.
