A leading semiconductor manufacturer in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking Section Managers to join its advanced 4-nanometer fabrication facility. We are looking for individuals with a strong sense of reliability, enthusiasm, and a commitment to core values such as Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Customer Focus. As a Manufacturing or AMHS Section Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing new technology transfers, production line setup, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations, high-quality output, and alignment with strategic production goals.
Responsibilities
+ Lead new technology transfers and production line setup across multiple modules or departments.
+ Drive wafer-focused manufacturing improvements and ensure operational efficiency.
+ Collaborate with engineering, process integration, and yield improvement teams to meet production and customer requirements.
+ Apply equipment knowledge to enhance productivity and reduce cycle times.
+ Develop and maintain scheduling systems that support capacity targets and reduce variability.
+ Oversee the setup, maintenance, and optimization of Automated Material Handling Systems (AMHS).
+ Improve system quality, reliability, and productivity.
+ Utilize knowledge of scheduling systems, optimization algorithms, and machine learning to enhance operational performance.
+ Apply SPC and DOE principles to drive data-informed decision-making.
+ Maintain a strong technical understanding of IC processing equipment and integrated flows.
Essential Skills
+ Manufacturing process expertise in semiconductor industry.
+ Experience with 300mm high volume manufacturing.
+ 2 years of experience in people management and development.
+ 8 years of overall experience in semiconductor industry.
+ 2+ years working in HVM, 300MM and 28nm or smaller.
+ BS degree with major in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical and Automation Engineering, Computer Science.

+ Hands-on leadership style with a strong sense of ownership.
+ Willingness to be on-call during weekends and off-hours as needed.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $180000.00/yr.
