Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting repairs and maintenance on food processing machinery. This position is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities that supply a variety of food products to national supermarkets.
Responsibilities
+ Conduct maintenance repairs on food processing machinery, including boilers and conveyors.
+ Perform routine repairs and online adjustments.
+ Complete daily inspection checklists of equipment in assigned areas.
+ Execute line setups, start-ups, changeovers, and shutdowns.
+ Lubricate line equipment according to standard operating procedures and frequencies.
+ Create and update routine preventative maintenance plans in SAP and monitor maintenance performance measures.
+ Perform major overhauls as needed.
+ Execute PM01, PM02, and other scheduled work orders.
+ Hold a valid Fork Truck License.
+ Progress through the Line Mechanic program to advance to Maintenance Class IV – Line Mechanic.
Essential Skills
+ Troubleshooting and repairing food processing machinery (2+ years experience).
+ Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting (1+ year experience).
+ Preventative maintenance experience (3+ years).
+ Experience with pneumatics, industrial maintenance, and repair.
+ Proficiency in electrical and PLC troubleshooting.
+ Ability to work with electrical systems, including 480v motors and Allen Bradley PLCs.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with hydraulics.
+ Ability to work in a GMP environment, adhering to safety protocols such as wearing hair nets, beard nets, safety shoes, and safety glasses.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $36.00/hr.
