Job Title: Maintenance Technician 2nd Shift
Job Description
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for correcting mechanical and hydraulic equipment and all production machinery. This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical issues such as 480v, 3 phase motors, proximity switches, relays, and sensors. The technician must be able to run wire and rewire circuits, as well as change out and replace faulty parts. Maintaining, adjusting, and repairing manufacturing and facility equipment are key aspects of this position.
Responsibilities
+ Correct mechanical and hydraulic equipment and all production machinery.
+ Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical issues including 480v, 3 phase motors, proximity switches, relays, and sensors.
+ Run wire and rewire circuits.
+ Change out and replace faulty parts.
+ Maintain, adjust, and repair manufacturing and facility equipment.
Essential Skills
+ Ability to read schematics and identify electrical symbols.
+ Prior industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing or distribution environments.
+ Experience working with up to 480v motors, hydraulic and pneumatic machinery.
+ Troubleshooting equipment issues, changing out parts, working with circuits, and performing preventative maintenance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ PLC troubleshooting experience, specifically Allen-Bradley or Siemens PLC.
+ Mechatronics Certification.
+ Electrical Certifications.
+ Degree in Industrial Maintenance.
+ Experience in welding, installation, press maintenance, injection mold, robotics, and Fanuc.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gallatin, Tennessee.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr.
