Pharmacy Operations Manager
• Location: Middletown, CT
About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Pharmacy Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy department. Working closely with the Director of Pharmacy, you’ll ensure efficient workflows, regulatory compliance, and high-quality patient care in an inpatient hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities
+ Supervise pharmacy technicians and ensure smooth daily operations.
+ Manage scheduling, sterile compounding, hazardous drugs, inventory shortages, and revenue cycle.
+ Implement regulatory-compliant improvements and resolve strategic challenges.
+ Consult with the Director of Pharmacy to align departmental goals with patient care needs.
+ Ensure strong communication with providers, staff, and patients.
What We’re Looking For
• Registered pharmacist in good standing (Connecticut)
• B.S. or Pharm.D. degree
• 5+ years as a staff or clinical pharmacist
• Experience in management or supervisory roles (preferred)
• Proficiency in EPIC software and pharmacy operations management
• Strong customer service & problem-solving skills
Work Environment
• Inpatient hospital setting
• Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $160000.00 - $190000.00/yr.
PTO package, health, vision, dental, 401k with match,

This is a fully onsite position in Middletown,CT.
