    + Ensure safe, accurate preparation and dispensing of medications in full compliance with state and federal regulations.

    + Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and healthcare teams to deliver timely, high-quality prescription services.

    + Provide expert medication counseling and clinical support to patients, promoting optimal therapeutic outcomes.

    + Maintain meticulous records and uphold the highest standards of patient confidentiality and safety.

    + Drive operational excellence through inventory management, workflow optimization, and quality assurance.

    + Stay ahead of the curve with the latest pharmaceutical practices, technologies, and regulatory updates.

    • What You Bring:

    + Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of Ohio.

    + 1+ year of experience in a retail, clinical, or high-volume pharmacy setting.

    + Strong knowledge of pharmacy law, medication safety, and patient care protocols.

    + Excellent communication and leadership skills with a collaborative, team-first mindset.

    + Tech-savvy and adaptable to new systems and digital tools.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $61.00 - $64.00/hr.
