    **Pay:** $17-21/hr

    **Location:** 1.5 hour radius from the main shop in Chambersburg, PA.

    **Schedule:** M-F | 8am-4:30pm | Overtime is expected.

    Job Description

    We are seeking restoration technicians for job site clean-up and to restore damages caused by water, fire, and wind. This role involves working with a crew to demo properties for both residential and commercial buildings that are severely damaged. Expect a dusty, damp, and dirty environment, with the possibility of crawling into tight spaces for demo or damage evaluation. We provide all safety equipment and proper safety training to ensure each individual is prepared for any form of restoration project. We welcome candidates with at least 6 months of construction field experience, while those with restoration experience are highly preferred.

    Responsibilities

    + Assist in job site clean-up and restoration.

    + Work with a crew of 2 to 3 individuals to demo damaged properties.

    + Remove all damaged materials and layout/prep new materials for installation.

    + Use hand tools, tape measures, and power tools efficiently.

    + Assist in the complete restoration while maintaining safety standards.

    Standard Attire:

    + Jeans

    + Steel-toed boots

    + High-visibility vest/shirts

    + Hard hats

    + Gloves

    + Eye protection

    + Occasionally, a full hazmat suit and respirator
