**IMMEDIATELY HIRING f** or a 1st shift shipper role for a **FULL TIME** opportunity. As a Shipping Associate, you will be responsible for processing domestic and international shipments using carrier software such as M2M, UPS, or FedEx. You will pull material from stock for sales and operate tape or banding machines. Preparing boxes using an air tool staple gun and palletizing boxes on skids for shipments are essential tasks. You will be verifying contents of packages, pulling miscellaneous parts orders, and ensuring order quantities are correct. Loading trucks and operating equipment such as dollies, pallet jacks, and forklifts are required. Maintaining safety standards and promoting a clean and organized work environment are crucial responsibilities. You will be responsible for emptying trash containers and documenting any issues related to trucks, bills, or damages.

Responsibilities

+ Process domestic and international shipments using M2M, UPS, or FedEx software.

+ Cut channels daily according to sales order requirements using a chop saw.

+ Build custom skids for shipping products using various tools.

+ Pull material from stock for sales and verify package contents.

+ Prepare boxes using an air tool staple gun and operate tape or banding machine.

+ Load trucks and operate equipment such as dollies, pallet jacks, and forklifts.

+ Maintain safety standards and promote a clean and organized work environment.

+ Document any issues related to trucks, bills, or damages.

+ Perform additional duties as assigned to support manufacturing processes.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in inventory, shipping, and receiving.

+ Ability to read English to understand sales orders and measurements.

+ Detail-oriented with consistent performance.

+ Proficient in operating computers and label-making equipment.

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.

+ Excellent time management and organizational skills.

+ Ability to work overtime as needed to support business activities.

+ Teamwork skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.00/hr.
