    Are you an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual with a keen interest in human capital management and technology? Join our team as an Oracle HCM Functional Associate and embark on an exciting journey to transform HR processes and solutions. In this entry-level role, you will support the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle HCM solutions, working alongside experienced consultants. If you are eager to learn, collaborate, and make a meaningful impact in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you! This is a hybrid position requiring 40% travel supporting Philadelphia and San Diego based teams.

    Essential Duties:

    + Analyze and understand the client’s business objectives and challenges to determine functional requirements.

    + Integrates functional and technical requirements with the other functional and technical teams.

    + Supports the Lead in configuring the system and testing the solution with the users.

    + Communicate effectively to translate the client’s business requirements into functional solutions.

    + Develop training documents specific to the client’s business processes.

    + Ability to travel as needed.

    Required Skills & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources, any STEM field, or a related field.

    • Ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.

    • Ability to work independently and provide quality work products on schedule.

    Desired Skills & Experience

    • 1-2 years of experience working in the field of Human Resources. Experience in the public sector is highly desired.

    • Oracle HCM implementation experience is preferred.

    The proposed salary for this position is:

    $67,000—$111,600 USD
