    Administrative support as directed, provide additional front desk/phone support and coverage, filing and provide additional back-office support as needed. Good customer service and phone skills, computer literacy, Microsoft Office 365 preferred, and the ability to handle various clerical tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Support front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.

    + Answer phone calls with professionalism and provide excellent customer support.

    + Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all documents are accurately computerized.

    + Perform data entry tasks with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all records.

    Qualifications

    + Computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

    + Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are required.

    + Ability to type efficiently/accurately and multitask

    + Organizational skills with attention to detail

    + Previous experience in customer support or front desk roles is advantageous.

    + Ability to be flexible and assist with various tasks as directed.

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
