Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Join our team as a Maintenance Technician in a cutting-edge Plastics and Medical Device manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for **daily work tasks, maintenance routines, repairs, and calibrations** to prolong the useful life and optimize the efficiency of production equipment. This role includes **maintenance and repairs, equipment calibration, and robotic troubleshooting** , with a focus on **electrical and mechanical preventive maintenance** of presses for plastic injection.
Responsibilities
+ Conduct daily maintenance tasks and routines to ensure optimal equipment performance.
+ Perform repairs and calibrations on production equipment to extend its useful life.
+ Troubleshoot and maintain **robotic systems and injection presses.**
+ Implement electrical and mechanical preventive maintenance on **plastic injection presses.**
+ Troubleshoot **pneumatic systems** and **servo motors.**
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in **injection molding** and **blow molding techniques.**
+ Experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing setting.
+ Ability to troubleshoot **robotic systems (Yaskawa, Yushin, Whiteland).**
+ Understanding of **Allen Bradley PLC's and HMI's.**
+ Electrical troubleshooting skills up to **480v.**
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with **pneumatic troubleshooting.**
+ Knowledge of **servo motor systems.**
+ **Robotic troubleshooting.**
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $88000.00/yr.
