    The Production Team Lead will be responsible for supervising production activities, coordinating workflow, and maintaining quality and safety standards. This position plays a key role in maintaining workflow efficiency and ensuring production goals are being met.

    Your Impact

    • Works with Supervisor in formulating and administering procedures and process in their functional area

    • Assists in organizing work and scheduling staff to ensure the production schedule is followed and work orders are completed in a timely manner

    • Monitors the quality of work within each works center and brings any issues regarding quality or parts availability to supervision

    • Adapts procedures, techniques, tools, and materials/equipment to meet specialized needs

    • Performs various assignments and is responsible for setting up and taking down work centers

    Your Experience and Qualifications

    • 3 plus years of experience and/or training in Production, Manufacturing and/or Supervision

    • High school diploma or equivalent

    • Experience in Process Improvement desired

    • Ability to work within a warehouse environment to include long periods of standing and ability to lift up to 50 lbs

     

    Your Compensation

     

    This position will pay within the range of $37,298-70,247, based on experience. (If applicable add) This position is eligible for a bonus based on 6% of compensation.
