    Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and ensure the smooth operation of our plant. You will play a crucial role in **developing and training technicians, acting as a floor leader, and making autonomous decisions** to maintain plant efficiency.

    Responsibilities

    + **Develop and train** technicians.

    + Act as a **floor leader** and **oversee full plant operations.**

    + **Make independent decisions** to maintain efficient plant operations.

    + **Delegate maintenance responsibilities** to meet maintenance goals and ensure PM compliance.

    + Oversee, instruct, and assist with projects, line calls, and breakdowns as necessary.

    + **Find, assist with, or order parts** needed to complete jobs.

    + Review all work orders for timely and accurate completion.

    + **Validate work order data** , monitor work order aging, and **manage work backlog.**

    + Assist planner in scheduling routine overhauls, equipment modifications, and department projects.

    + Provide necessary **prints, drawings, or documents** for job completion.

    + Collaborate with the Reliability Manager to update preventive maintenance details and schedules for improved equipment reliability.

    + Provide feedback, coaching, and mentoring to team members for performance improvement.

    Essential Skills

    + **Electrical** , **hydraulic, pneumatic** and **mechanical troubleshooting**

    + Maintenance technician experience

    + Maintenance supervision

    + Industrial maintenance management

    + **Leadership experience**

    + Experience in training

    + Preventive maintenance

    + **PLC troubleshooting**

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in maintenance supervision and management

    + Ability to **oversee a team of 7-8 employees**

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $105000.00/yr.
