Job Description
We are seeking an Aircraft Structural Technician to perform classified heavy modifications on various fixed-wing military aircraft. The role involves working on airframes such as the C-130 and P-3, with a focus on installing advanced technology to support the mission to 'Protect The American Warfighter.'
Responsibilities
+ Perform classified heavy modifications on C-130 and P-3 fixed-wing military aircraft.
+ Conduct depot-level maintenance and aviation heavy maintenance.
+ Fabricate sheet metal and perform aircraft maintenance repair using rivet guns and other tools.
+ Interpret blueprints and execute aviation modifications.
+ Collaborate with the team and be flexible to work 2nd shift as needed.
Essential Skills
+ Minimum of 6+ years of aviation structures (sheet metal) experience if only military experience; 4+ years total if any civilian experience.
+ Proficiency in aircraft modification, depot-level maintenance, and aviation heavy maintenance.
+ Experience in sheet metal fabrication, aircraft maintenance repair, riveting, and aviation modification.
+ Ability to pass a sheet metal test on Day One, with potential for pay increase based on performance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Ownership of tools with the toolbox shadowed and tools etched or colored by Day 1.
+ Stable job history; preference for candidates seeking long-term opportunities.
+ Eligible to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
+ FAA Drug Test and 7-Year Check compliance.

Work Environment
Work in a climate-controlled, FAA-regulated hangar. Choose between four 10-hour shifts from Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday, with 1st Shift from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm and 2nd Shift from 4:00 pm to 2:30 am. Approximately 75% of the workforce is on 1st/Day Shift and 25% on 2nd/Swing Shift. Enjoy the opportunity for regular overtime, although it cannot be guaranteed weekly.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $40.00/hr.
