    Job Title: Furniture Installer

    Job Description

    This position is responsible for the delivery, installation, and service of workspace furniture systems, architectural wall systems, and related products. As a member of the team, the employee must deliver excellent service to clients and be a positive team player.

    Responsibilities

    + Utilize strong mechanical skills with power tools and equipment to ensure the assembly of components.

    + Communicate effectively with management, employees, vendors, and clients.

    + Provide excellent service and teamwork skills by showing respect when dealing with clients and project team members.

    + Consistently look for ways to improve processes, procedures, efficiency, and quality.

    Essential Skills

    + Carpentry Experience

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Bachelor's degree preferred

    + High School Diploma

    + Three to five years of installation or field service experience in the commercial furniture industry or related field

    + Basic computer skills, including the use of devices such as an iPad

    + Interpersonal and professional demeanor

    + Motivated with a sense of urgency

    Work in a contract office furniture dealership supporting major clients locally. The team is small yet diverse, with about eight full-time office members. The work environment is flexible, and the company is rapidly growing with new product lines contributing significantly to revenue. The culture is family-like, with a leadership that values hard work and dedication.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Permanent position based out of Bristol, Rhode Island.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $70000.00/yr.

     

    Company offers opportunity to grow and get promoted into the next role. The last installer we placed was making $25 and is now up to 32/hr after a couple of years.

     

    Workplace Type

     

    This is a fully onsite position in Bristol,RI.
