    Actalent Engineering is partnering with a dynamic A/E firm with offices in NYC and PA, known for delivering high-impact projects across commercial, industrial, and healthcare sectors. We’re hiring three HVAC Mechanical Design Engineers to join their growing team in Midtown Manhattan!

     

    • Location: Midtown Manhattan, NY

    • Schedule: Hybrid – 4 days in-office, Fridays remote

    • Open Roles:

    + Junior Engineer – 2–5 years of experience

    + Mid-Level Engineer – 7–10 years of experience

    + Sr Engineer – 12–15 years of experience

    •️ Key Responsibilities:

    + Design HVAC systems: heating, cooling, ventilation, hydronic distribution, and controls.

    + Perform system design calculations and energy modeling.

    + Create design documentation: basis of design reports, Revit/AutoCAD drawings, and specifications.

    + Ensure compliance with building codes and standards.

    + Collaborate with architects and engineers across disciplines.

    • Must-Have Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

    + Relevant years of experience in HVAC design (based on role).

    + Proficiency in Revit MEP and AutoCAD MEP.

    + Experience with commercial, industrial, and healthcare projects (residential-only or commercial fit-out-only experience will not be considered).

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $55.00/hr.
