Job Description
We are seeking reliable and hard-working concrete finishers to join a growing team. This role offers a year-round opportunity as there have been no layoffs in the last three years. The team meets at the jobsite daily, with a monthly visit to the shop located in Norwood America. During winter months, you will continue with concrete projects and may assist with other tasks such as drywall, painting, garage door installations, and warehouse duties at our Coon Rapids location.
Responsibilities
+ Perform concrete finishing tasks with precision and expertise.
+ Utilize hand and power tools for concrete pours and finishing.
+ Ensure quality and safety in all concrete-related activities.
+ Assist with additional projects like drywall, painting, and garage door installations during off-peak seasons.
+ Contribute to warehouse operations as needed.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in concrete finishing techniques.
+ Experience with residential and/or commercial flatwork.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with rebar and trowel usage.
+ Equipment handling experience is a plus.

Work Environment
Work primarily at job sites with monthly visits to the Norwood America shop. During winter, assist at the Coon Rapids warehouse. Utilize a variety of hand and power tools in a collaborative and safety-focused environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $45.00/hr.
