    What You’ll Do

     

    As a General Laborer, you’ll play a vital role in our day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:

     

    + Shoveling rock and assisting with equipment maintenance and repairs.

    + Operating heavy equipment.

    + Running clinkers in the screening and crushing department.

    + Greasing and inspecting crusher screens in the finishing plant.

    + Supporting the clay feed attendant in the clay shed.

    + Keeping all work areas clean and equipment well-maintained.

     

    What We’re Looking For

     

    We value team players who are dependable, safety-conscious, and ready to take on a variety of tasks. Ideal candidates will have:

     

    + Experience in general labor - oil field, construction or landscaping.

    + Familiarity with hand tools and basic mechanical skills.

    + Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work in varied outdoor conditions.

    + Comfort with heights (up to 60 feet) and navigating stairs, ladders, and catwalks.

    + A high school diploma or GED.

    Bonus Points For:

    + Experience operating heavy equipment.

    Schedule & Pay

    + Training Period (5 weeks):Sunday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    + Post-Training Schedule:3-4-4-3 Rotating Shift, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

    + Pay Rate:$25/hour

     

    Work Environment

     

    This is an outdoor, physically active role. You’ll work in all weather conditions—hot, cold, dry, dusty, or rainy. We provide all necessary tools and prioritize safety and cleanliness in every aspect of our operations.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
