    2nd shift - 2p - 10p Wed-Sun (Mo and Tue off)

     

    3rd shift - 10p - 6a Sat - Wed (Th and Fr off)

    Join our team as a Traffic and Logistics Coordinator, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing the flow of trucks as they arrive. You'll communicate effectively with drivers, direct them to their destinations, and ensure the accuracy of their logs. Your proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office will be essential in this role. Additionally, you will generate reports at the end of each shift detailing the inbound and outbound truck activities.

    Responsibilities

    + Coordinate the arrival and departure of trucks and communicate directions to drivers.

    + Check and verify driver logs for accuracy.

    + Utilize Microsoft Excel and Office for daily tasks and reporting.

    + Submit detailed reports of inbound and outbound truck activities at the end of each shift.

    + Maintain safety standards at all times.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in dispatching, logistics, and traffic control.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    + Customer service skills.

    + Safety-oriented mindset.

     

    Work Environment

     

    You will primarily work in a climate-controlled office area, with occasional visits to the production floor.

     

    Some overtime on weekends as needed. This environment supports a balance of desk work and hands-on involvement, ensuring diverse daily responsibilities.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $16.83 - $16.83/hr.
