Job Title: Freight Shipping Clerk
Job Description
The Freight Shipping Clerk will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of outgoing shipments. You will be responsible for coordinating shipments, packaging products, and ensuring the accuracy of information. This role involves handling small parts for ATVs and four-wheelers, creating shipping labels, and entering data into the system.
Responsibilities
+ Coordinate and oversee all outgoing product shipments.
+ Package small parts for ATVs and four-wheelers.
+ Lift and handle items weighing up to 40 lbs.
+ Create labels for FedEx shipments and freight.
+ Ensure all shipping information is accurately inputted into the system.
+ Operate a reach truck forklift.
+ Assist in other areas such as kitting and unloading containers.
+ Help with picking duties using a push cart.
+ Use RF Scanner to scan and pack products for shipment.
+ Conduct bin transfers using the warehouse management system.
+ Assist with receiving products once trained.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in shipping and receiving.
+ Proficiency with FedEx and UPS shipping systems.
+ Knowledge of inbound and outbound inventory control.
+ SAP experience for cycle counts and inventory management.
+ Order picking and pallet jack operation skills.
+ Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
+ Computer experience, ideally with FedEx Ship Easy software.
+ Minimum of 2 years of freight shipping/receiving experience.
+ Experience operating a reach truck forklift.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with inventory control and order picking.
+ Receiving and unloading proficiency.

Work Environment
The work environment is a well-organized, temperature-controlled warehouse. Standard work hours are from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
