Hydraulic Assemblers/Technicians

**Pay & Schedule:** Monday-Thursday (6:00am-4:30pm) - $20-24/hr

Temp-to-Hire

**Requirements** :

+ At least 1 year exp. of recent assembly or repair of hydraulic, fuel or pneumatic systems.

+ Precision assembly or troubleshooting background (flexible pay if hydraulic equipment experience)

+ Experience using hand tools and power tools

+ Blueprint reading experience highly desired

Responsibilities Include:

+ Assemble complete hydraulic and pneumatic valves and components per blueprints and assembly instructions

+ Apply sealants and other chemicals as needed

+ Operate small hand and power tools

+ Must be able to communicate to peers and supervision on work status

+ Read pressure gauges and flow meters and accurately log data to ATP requirements.

+ Lock-wire and torque seal parts

+ Install internal components using arbor press and proper fixtures.

+ Identify causes for test failures, rework, and suggest corrective action as required

+ Read and understand blueprints.

+ Understand basic hydraulic concepts for the function of gauges, flow meters, and assemblies in hydraulic systems.

+ May be required to perform other duties as assigned.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
