Job Title: Lift Construction Crew Member
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and safety-conscious individuals to join our lift construction crew. This role involves hands-on construction work, rigging, and the installation of steel structures, often in dynamic and challenging environments such as wind turbine sites. If you’re passionate about working with your hands, enjoy traveling, and are committed to safety and quality, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
+ Perform typical construction tasks including rigging and steel structure installation.
+ Assist in load testing, inspections, and troubleshooting per ASME code.
+ Maintain cleanliness and organization at project sites.
+ Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and practices.
+ Conduct daily inspections and maintenance of tools and safety equipment.
+ Participate in ongoing safety training.
+ Operate powered and non-powered hand tools including drills, grinders, and saws.
+ Travel to various job sites as required by project needs.
Skills
+ Proficiency with hand and power tools.
+ Experience in construction, particularly in wind turbine environments.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints is a plus.
+ Basic knowledge of welding, electrical, or mechanical systems is advantageous.
+ High School Diploma or equivalent.
+ OSHA 10 Certification.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
