Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Perform both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair of facility equipment, including stamping presses, assembly equipment, robotic welders, hydraulics, and pneumatics. This position requires a proactive approach to repairing rather than just replacing equipment.

Responsibilities

+ Securely and safely open and close the factory.

+ Start, stop, and operate facilities, utilities, and production-related equipment.

+ Operate production equipment for troubleshooting and diagnostics.

+ Maintain facility assets, systems, structures, and grounds in a professional manner.

+ Conduct emergency or breakdown repairs as instructed.

+ Execute preventative and predictive maintenance procedures.

+ Perform equipment modifications, rebuilds, overhauls, and upgrades.

+ Identify, report, and correct equipment deficiencies and safety issues.

+ Relocate, fabricate, modify, or repair assets to meet company goals.

+ Conduct duties safely and responsibly, adhering to OSHA requirements.

+ Complete documentation and maintain housekeeping and 5S standards.

+ Perform additional duties as assigned by supervision.

Essential Skills

+ Maintenance, technician, PLC, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic skills.

+ Experience with stamping, painting, 480V, programmable logic controllers, robotics, and Fanuc systems.

+ Proficient in wiring, sensors, circuits, ladder logic, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.

+ Strong knowledge of industrial equipment safety requirements and systems.

+ Ability to operate forklifts, booms, and scissor lifts.

+ Excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $29.50 - $29.50/hr.
