Job Title: Day Shift Weekend Tool & Die Maker
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Day Shift Weekend Tool & Die Maker responsible for planning, laying out, and performing all bench and machine operations to build, service, repair, and maintain tools, dies, and fixtures. You will work in a stamping and roll forming environment with dies that weigh up to 8,000 pounds.
Responsibilities
+ Plan, lay out, and perform all bench and machine operations to build, service, repair, and maintain tools, dies, and fixtures.
+ Operate surface grinders, milling machines, lathes, drill presses, belt sanders, saws, hoists, clamps, measuring tools, and forklifts when necessary.
Essential Skills
+ 4+ years of Tool & Die Maker experience
+ Ability to layout, build, service, and repair tools, dies, and fixtures
+ CNC Mill Machining Experience
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Journeyman Card
+ Roll Forming Experience
+ Willingness to continue learning

Work Environment
Work in a large, bright, clean, and organized facility with a massive Maintenance and Tool & Die shop. Be prepared for a loud environment in areas where stamping equipment is located. Enjoy working in a space that offers stability and a commitment to safety.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Middlebury, Indiana.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $38.00/hr.
