    Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

    Job Description

    Join our team as a Maintenance Mechanic in a dynamic **Food & Beverage facility.** This role requires a mechanically inclined individual with experience in handling electrical systems, particularly **220v and 3-phase 480v** . You will perform maintenance and repairs on various equipment including **pumps, boilers, conveyors, sensors, motor controls, ABB robotics, and Fanuc Palletizers** .

     

    Additionally, you will operate and maintain all plant and facility support equipment, such as **ammonia refrigeration systems, HVAC systems, and steam systems** . Your expertise in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting will ensure the smooth operation of the facility while adhering to **Lock-Out/Tag-Out** procedures and GMP standards.

    Essential Skills

    + Troubleshooting - **mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic**

    + Repair

    + Preventive maintenance

    + Industrial maintenance

    + **Boiler systems**

    + **Steam systems**

    + **Welding**

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with **steam systems**

    + Boiler experience

    + Welding experience

    + Understanding of **Ladder Logic on PLC**

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $74880.00/yr.
