Job Title: CNC Machinist
Job Description

As a CNC Machinist, you will be part of a team that produces high-quality parts for leading brands, contributing to projects that support the US Military and National Defense Contracts.
Responsibilities
+ Set up and run repeat and production jobs, ensuring adherence to quality and efficiency standards.
+ Perform routine and preventative maintenance on machines.
+ Work off of blueprints to ensure accuracy and compliance.
+ Interpret data from CMM and manual measurements to make necessary adjustments to machining processes.
+ Edit programs directly at the machine.
+ Conduct multiple set-ups and program editing on 5-axis machines.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in setting up and running CNC Mill or Lathe with at least 5 years of experience.
+ Ability to use calipers and micrometers effectively.
+ Experience in programming and editing machine programs, particularly G&M code.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ No technical degree required, but having one would be advantageous.
+ Nice to have: At least 2 years of experience editing programs at the machine.

Work Environment
Work in a climate-controlled and clean shop with a team of approximately 100 people. The first shift operates Monday through Friday, from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. Steel toes, safety glasses, and hearing protection are mandatory. Optional overtime is available, with potential for 5-10 extra hours depending on your shift and incoming orders. Employees receive a $2/hour premium for 2nd, 3rd, and weekend shifts.

The pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $60000.00/yr.

Growing rapidly and sales are through the roof: 50M in sales and working towards 80M\
Bonus structure below. If it's under $500, it gets paid at 60 days. Anything over gets paid at 6 months and a year.
