    Job Title: Cleaning Crew

    Job Description

    Join our dynamic team as a member of the cleaning crew, working in rotating shifts to maintain the cleanliness and efficiency of our production floor. This role is essential to ensuring that our production environment remains pristine and operational.

    Responsibilities

    + Clean the production floor and machines during assigned shifts.

    + Perform sweeping, trash removal, and other janitorial duties.

    + Engage in heavy lifting tasks, often requiring teamwork of three people.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with janitorial duties and general cleaning.

    + Ability to consistently lift weights up to 75 pounds.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Willingness to work a summer contract.

    + Strong interest in the job and commitment to performance.

    Work Environment

     

    Work takes place in a cleanroom environment, which may require wearing specific cleanroom PPE. The shifts are organized in a 6-day rotation, alternating between day and night shifts from 5 am to 5 pm and 5 pm to 5 am.

    This is a Contract position based out of Holland, Michigan.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $28.00/hr.
