    Job Title: Installer, 19+,1st Shift

    Job Description

    The Installer will utilize equipment to create tarps for trailers and trucks, perform quality checks to ensure there are no defects, gather all required parts for assembly jobs, assist with preparing finished tarps for shipment by printing shipping labels and loading onto pallets, and complete daily record sheets.

    Responsibilities

    + Utilize equipment to create tarps for trailers and trucks.

    + Perform MIG welding on components

    + Perform quality checks to ensure there are no defects.

    + Gather all required parts for assembly jobs.

    + Assist with preparing finished tarps for shipment by printing shipping labels and loading onto pallets.

    + Complete daily record sheet.

    Essential Skills

    + MIG Welding

    + Experience with hand tools and power tools.

    + Mechanical skills and general labor experience.

    + Proficiency in production processes.

    + Ability to use a tape measure accurately.

    + Basic welding skills.

    + Ability to perform assembly and installation tasks.

    + Blueprint reading skills.

    + Forklift operation experience.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Must be able to lift 50lbs throughout the shift.

    + At least one year of hands-on mechanical experience.

    + Ability to accurately read measurements.

    + Proficiency in basic shop math tasks.

    + Previous tarp assembly/installation experience is a plus but not required.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.50/hr.
