    Job Title: Maintenance Technician

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team, specializing in the repair and preventive maintenance of industrial and manufacturing equipment. This role will involve performing regular preventive maintenance on shop equipment to ensure optimal functionality and minimize downtime.

    Responsibilities

    + Conduct regular preventive maintenance on industrial and manufacturing equipment.

    + Perform troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical systems including pumps, valves, and hydraulics.

    + Diagnose and repair electrical issues with systems ranging from 110 to 480 volts.

    + Utilize PLC troubleshooting skills to resolve equipment malfunctions.

    + Work with hand tools to perform equipment maintenance and repairs.

    + Read and interpret blueprints to guide maintenance tasks.

    + Conduct welding tasks as necessary for equipment repair.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical systems.

    + Experience with hydraulics, pumps, valves, and heat treatment systems.

    + Ability to perform PLC troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.

    + Experience with electrical systems from 110 to 480 volts.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Familiarity with heat treatment systems, boilers, chillers, and CNC machines.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $31.00/hr.
