Assembly Technician
Weekly Pay $19-$21/hr
Job Description
As an Assembly Technician, you will operate tools to perform assembly tasks in a cleanroom environment. You will be responsible for making minor equipment setups in your assigned area and reviewing production data to identify potential non-conformance areas. Additionally, you may conduct tests or quality checks on assembled units, interpret drawings, and suggest necessary modifications and improvements, all while working under direct supervision.
Responsibilities

+ Make minor setups of equipment in assigned area.
+ Review production data to identify potential areas of non-conformance.
+ Perform tests or quality checks on assembled units.
+ Interpret drawings and identify needed modifications and improvements.
+ Work with direct supervision.
Essential Skills
+ 1-2+ years of production manufacturing/assembly or related work experience.
+ Skilled in the operation of a variety of assembly tools.
+ Visual acuity and manual dexterity.
+ Ability to clearly explain past job experiences.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Vocational or technical training preferred.

Work Environment
You will work in a cleanroom environment, requiring comfort with wearing full cleanroom attire. The position offers both 1st shift (6am-2:30pm, Monday to Friday) and 2nd shift (2:30pm-10:30pm, Monday to Friday) options, with training provided on the 1st shift for 3-6 weeks. This is a 90-business-day contract to hire position, with potential for conversion to a permanent role.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $21.45/hr.
