    Job Title: Mixer Operator

    Job Description

    We are seeking a Hybrid Material Handler to support both warehouse operations and fluid preparation processes. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in mixing, measuring, or weighing materials—such as in food production, chemical handling, or similar environments—who are also comfortable with traditional warehouse duties.

    Responsibilities

    + Fill totes and operate a scrubber machine.

    + Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.

    + Assist in measuring and preparing chemical blends such as chlorine and coolant.

    + Ensure accuracy and safety in all handling procedures.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in material handling, forklift operation, and RF scanner usage.

    + Ability to pick orders, load and unload trucks, and work in a warehouse environment.

    + Inventory management, picking, packing, and mixing skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + 1+ year of experience in food production, chemical mixing, or similar field involving precise measurement and handling of materials.

    + Minimum 6 months of forklift experience (sit-down preferred).

    + 1+ year of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.

    + Familiarity with RF scanners and basic computer skills.

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.

    + Steel-toe boots required.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a clean, well-lit warehouse setting with exposure to cold temperatures during winter months due to open dock doors. Expect approximately 5 hours of overtime per week. The work is fast-paced and physically intensive, requiring frequent lifting, bending, and standing.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Roseville, Minnesota.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
