Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer to join our team. The position involves working on construction projects from 7am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday, with potential for overtime depending on project needs. Responsibilities include performing general labor tasks such as demolition, loading/unloading, digging, and clean-up to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient construction site.

Responsibilities

+ Perform general labor tasks including demolition, loading/unloading, digging, and clean-up.

+ Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient construction site.

+ Support daily operations at the construction site.

+ Perform tasks related to general clean-up.

+ Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery.

+ Adhere to safety precautions in a construction environment.

Essential Skills

+ 3+ years' experience in a commercial or large residential job setting.

+ Ability to speak about safety precautions in a construction environment.

+ Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, concrete, and carpentry skills.

+ Experience operating forklifts, scissor lifts, and scaffolding.

+ Familiarity with field concepts, practices, and procedures.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ OSHA 10 certification.

+ Knowledge in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.

+ Ability to use a tape measure, hammer, and saw.

+ Reliable transportation method to get to and from work.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
