    Job Title: 1st Shift TIG Welder

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our team on the 1st shift. You will be responsible for welding tasks, primarily focusing on thin gauge welding on steel or aluminum while adhering to blueprints and schematics.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform TIG welding on thin gauge steel and aluminum.

    + Interpret and work from blueprints and schematics.

    + Engage in welding and fabrication tasks.

    + Conduct grinding and deburring as needed.

    + Operate machinery relevant to welding and fabrication.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in TIG welding.

    + Experience with stainless steel and aluminum materials.

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Welding certifications preferred.

    + Graduates from trade or technical schools are encouraged to apply.

    + Experience in a manufacturing environment is required.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a large, climate-controlled production facility with casual dress code. The team consists of 150 employees, with 12-15 dedicated to welding tasks. The position is for the 1st shift, operating from 7am to 3pm, Monday through Friday.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
