    Job Title: Machine Operator

    Job Description

    We are seeking dedicated machine operators to efficiently operate production equipment within our plant. The role involves keeping production lines running smoothly while ensuring food safety and product quality.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate production equipment and machinery, maintaining continuous workflow.

    + Perform basic troubleshooting and changeovers as needed.

    + Clean and sanitize production lines before and after operations.

    + Load and unload products efficiently to maintain operational flow.

    + Understand and implement basic principles of production operations.

    + Set up all production machinery and equipment for optimal performance.

    + Inspect parts visually and use measuring tools to ensure compliance with specifications and drawings, documenting results as required.

    + Conduct re-inspections and re-work when necessary.

    + Maintain machinery by cleaning and making necessary adjustments.

     

    Machines: blending machines, capsule machines, packaging machines, and labeling machines.

     

    8line machine = labeling machine for products - changing out programs to run different labels.

     

    Turpak machine = packaging machines - stick pack and sachet packaging.

    Qualifications

    + Proficient in machine operation and production line management.

    + Experienced in machine setup and preventive maintenance.

    + Ability to perform basic troubleshooting.

    + Knowledgeable in food safety and quality assurance.

    + Familiarity with blending machines, capsule machines, packaging machines, and labeling machines.

    + Experience with labeling machines for product labeling and program changes.

    + Understanding of packaging machines, including stick pack and sachet packaging.

     

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a climate-controlled plant, with some areas not controlled such as the warehouse or walking areas. Personal protective equipment, including non-slip shoes, is required.

     

    All will be training on 1st shift M-TH 630AM to 5PM

     

    once down training - will be moved to assigned shift

     

    Week day night: 430pm - 330am M-TH

     

    Weekend day: 5a - 5p F, Sat, Sun

     

    Weekend night: 5p - 5a F, Sat, Sun

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
