Shipping & Receiving Clerk

Paying $23 / HR to $25 / HR

Responsibilities:

+ Process incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders or invoices.

+ Prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and arranging transportation.

+ Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.

+ Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.

+ Inspect goods for damages or defects upon receipt.

+ Operate forklifts or other equipment to move materials within the warehouse.

+ Assist with inventory control tasks as needed.

+ Deliver orders once packaged and ready to ship.

Qualifications:

+ Prior experience in order fulfillment, e-commerce, shipping receiving, or a related field.

+ Proficiency in using forklifts and other warehouse equipment.

+ Knowledge of basic math for inventory counting and order picking.

+ Familiarity Sigma MRP or other ERP/MRP software.

+ Must have clean driving record, this position consists of approx 50% deliveries also.

+ Family-owned fab shop with good culture focused.

+ Smaller team with opportunities to cross-train in different departments depending on production needs.

+ Day Shift: 6am-2:30pm.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
