Job Title: Diesel Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Diesel Technician to join our service facility. In this role, you will focus on performing preventive maintenance on forklifts, tractor trailers, and trucks, ensuring their optimal performance and safety.
Responsibilities
+ Conduct preventive maintenance on forklifts, tractor trailers, and trucks.
+ Perform inspections and maintenance tasks such as checking tires, adding oil, and brake fluid.
+ Conduct DOT inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
+ Execute reactive repairs including changing out brakes, addressing DOT failures, and replacing shocks.
+ Perform diagnostic work on trucks to identify and resolve mechanical issues.
Essential Skills
+ Minimum of 4 years of experience as a diesel technician.
+ Proficiency in diagnostic techniques for diesel engines.
+ Capability in performing preventive maintenance tasks.
+ Experience in aftermarket services.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr.
