Job Description

Join a respected and modern transportation company with a century-long legacy of serving travelers and tourists. We are currently seeking 15 drivers for our State College, PA facility. You will operate motorcoach buses on preestablished routes or take groups on tours across the country. The role involves a mix of day trips, short overnights, and occasional longer overnight travel.

Responsibilities

+ Operate motorcoach buses safely on designated routes and tours.

+ Ensure passenger safety and provide excellent customer service.

+ Perform pre-route checks and maintenance as needed.

+ Maintain accurate travel logs and reports.

+ Handle overnight travel, including day trips, 1-2 day stays, and rare extended trips.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Ability to attain CDL (training and certification paid for by the company)

Work Environment

The role involves operating motorcoach buses, with 90% of the time spent on the road and 10% in the shop for pre-route checks. Drivers can expect a mix of day and overnight trips, with per diem and accommodation costs covered for longer stays. Overtime and opportunities for additional earnings through tips and shift differentials are available.
