Job Title: Manufacturing Technician
Job Description
As a Manufacturing Technician, you will perform repairs and testing on large chiller systems and other mechanical systems. Your role involves troubleshooting, testing products, and utilizing blueprints or schematics to execute necessary repairs or adjustments. You will work closely with the factory management team to ensure efficient production of all equipment.
Responsibilities
+ Perform repairs and testing of large chiller systems and mechanical systems.
+ Troubleshoot and test products using blueprints or schematics.
+ Conduct electro-mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies.
+ Manage wiring to connect systems effectively.
+ Collaborate with the factory management team to achieve production goals.
Essential Skills
+ 5+ years of experience as an Electro-Mechanical Technician.
+ Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics.
+ Strong troubleshooting skills.
+ Experience with wiring and sub-assemblies.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in mechanical assembly.
+ Understanding of electrical and electronic systems.

Work Environment
The work schedule is from 7 AM to 3:30 PM. You will be working in a structured environment where precision and attention to detail are essential. The team-oriented atmosphere encourages collaboration and innovation.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Woburn, Massachusetts.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
