    Production Associate

    Job Description

    Join a precision metal fabrication company that serves the Aerospace, Medical, Appliance, Defense Contracting, Architectural, US Postal office, and military industries. As a General Production Worker, you will rotate between departments including Assembly, Fabrication, and Spot Welding, offering a dynamic work experience.

    Responsibilities

    + Move between different departments each day, adapting to various tasks.

    + Assemble boxes specifically for USPS.

    + Utilize hand and power tools efficiently.

    + Perform kitting and taping tasks.

    + Maintain cleanliness by wiping down oils and shop grease.

    + Operate basic machinery effectively.

    + Run metal sheets through deburring machines.

    + Perform spot welding duties with provided training.

    Essential Skills

    + 6 months to 1 year of manufacturing or general production experience.

    + Proficiency in assembly, spot welding, and machine operating.

    + Mechanical aptitude and inspection skills.

    + Experience with hand tools and power tools.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Familiarity with assembly processes.

    + Experience in machine operating.

    + Basic spot welding skills.

    Shift Hours and Pay

     

    1st shift: Monday - Friday 6:00am-2:30pm (18/hr)

     

    2nd shift: Monday - Thursday 3:30pm-2:00am (18/hr + 2 premium)

     

    Weekend shift from 2:00pm to 2:30am, Friday through Sunday. (18 + 2 premium)

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
