Aerotek is hiring immediately for a 1st shift hydraulics assembler technician in Sturtevant, WI

Job Responsibilities

+ Assemble hydraulic systems, including hydraulic components, hoses, and tube bending.

+ Perform field wiring and electrical conduit bending and routing.

+ Debug hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.

+ Install test stands, conduct field wiring, and provide customer training.

+ Travel up to 10-15%, including flying.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in machine building, repair, or maintenance (minimum of 3 years).

+ Proficiency with blueprints and schematics (minimum of 2 years).

+ Ability to assemble hydraulic systems and perform mechanical assembly.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ High school diploma required; 2-year associate degree desired.

+ Knowledge of hydraulic systems and understanding of schematics.

+ Experience with PC-based data acquisition and control hardware.

+ Capability to use PC controls to perform basic checkout of test stand functionality.

+ Automotive repair experience is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
