Manhattan Beer Distributors now has 1.5 million feet of warehouse space, the distribution rights to 300 brands, 400 trucks and services 15 counties. Our aim is to provide great service to all of our customers from the convenience store owner to our big chain operators, restaurants, bars and hotels.

Opportunity Awaits!
Your Main Focus Will Be:
+ Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
+ Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
+ Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
+ Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
+ Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
+ Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
+ Deal with queries from the public and customers.
+ General administrative and clerical support.
+ Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
+ Update calendars and schedule meetings.
+ Maintain Meeting Rooms, keeping inventory of coffee and supplies, reserving conference rooms communicate with Maintenance Staff for special cleanups and setting up and breaking down meetings.
Position Requirements:
+ Minimum 1 year experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role.
+ Strong phone skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
+ Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers).
+ Professional attitude and appearance.
+ Solid written and verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
+ Excellent organizational skills.
+ Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
+ Customer service attitude
Salary: $18.00-$20.00
It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
