We-re seeking a client-focused professional to manage onboarding, support, and relationship development for our Commercial Credit Card and Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) programs. This role serves as the primary liaison for business clients, ensuring seamless implementation, ongoing education, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance product performance and client satisfaction. Ideal candidates will bring strong communication skills, technical proficiency, and a deep understanding of commercial banking products.
This is an in-office position.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels, including CFOs and owners.
+ Partner with Commercial and BaaS Payment Specialists to deliver client-focused solutions.
+ Lead onboarding for new customers, including training and regular follow-ups throughout the first year and annually thereafter.
+ Train and support internal teams on commercial credit card and BaaS program features and procedures.
+ Stay current on processor and vendor updates to enhance offerings and oversee implementation.
+ Work with the Card and BaaS Operations Manager on compliance, audits, and staying informed on regulations, fraud, and industry trends.
+ Serve as the primary contact for commercial card clients, ensuring top-tier service and satisfaction.
+ Investigate and resolve escalated business/commercial client issues promptly.
+ Ensure accurate and timely customer setups, card delivery, and performance through quality controls.
+ Maintain and update documentation for card and BaaS procedures; recommend process improvements.
+ Create and share memos and communications to educate and update internal and external users.
+ Participate in project teams and complete assigned tasks on schedule.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor-s degree from a four-year college or university; or five to seven years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
