As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. In this role, you will validates program foundations, ensure data-driven decisions, and lead value-focused Customer Supply Chain Optimization Global Programs. You will develop a value realization methodology and governance process to standardize the measurement and reporting of value from global partnerships. You will also collaborate with internal GCL functions and key strategic partners (e.g., GPO, CICM, Finance, and Strategy Operations) for successful implementation of value-delivering programs. You will partner with various internal GCL functions to identify, develop, and implement value and efficiency initiatives.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$181,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. + Serve as the primary GCL business lead for value-focused Customer Supply Chain Optimization (CSCO) Global Programs.

+ Develop a value realization methodology and establish a clear governance process.

+ Partner with internal GCL functions to identify, develop, and implement value and efficiency initiatives.

+ Validate the foundational elements of global programs, including assumptions, rationale, data, and impact.

+ Cultivate and maintain relationships with key strategic partners (e.g., GCL Verticals, GPO, CICM, Risk and Compliance, Finance, Strategy Operations).
