Manages and standardizes Capture One setups across photography sets, including color profiles, naming conventions, metadata tagging, and tethering workflows.

Supports on-set teams with real-time troubleshooting of camera, software, or tethering issues to minimize downtime.

Implements and refines automated processes and error-checking mechanisms to ensure data integrity and technical compliance before images enter post-production.

Collaborates with Art Directors, Photographers, and Retouchers to ensure imagery meets technical standards and creative expectations from the moment of capture.

Maintains and oversees the digital file structure, backups, and handoff process for high volumes of product imagery.

Actively tracks and updates shot lists, shot packages, and asset statuses using studio management tools (e.g., Shotflow).

Assists in defining and documenting best practices for capture workflows, asset naming, folder structures, and data hygiene.

Partners with the Post-Production team to identify issues early in the pipeline and avoid delays or quality concerns later.

Supports internal stakeholders and external partners with clear technical documentation, communication, and feedback loops.

Ensures a smooth and professional experience in the studio environment by helping to maintain an organized, calm, and collaborative workspace.

Qualifications:

Expert-level proficiency in Capture One, including tethered capture workflows, session and template setup, and troubleshooting.

Strong technical problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Experience supporting high-volume studio photography environments.

Familiarity with digital camera systems (Canon, Nikon, Phase One), lighting setups, and Mac-based workstations.

Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing technical feedback.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.

Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Bridge) and image management workflows.

Proficiency with DAM tools and structured file organization.

Experience using or administering studio workflow platforms such as ShotFlow, Creative Force, Creative Drive, or similar production tracking systems.

Experience in eCommerce, marketing, or high-volume retail photography is preferred.

Familiarity with scripting or automation to streamline workflows and improve productivity is preferred.

Previous work in an in-house studio or creative agency supporting large-scale asset pipelines is preferred.
