This role requires exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners, aligning on goals and clearly presenting strategies. As a skilled project manager, you’ll be responsible for executing multiple marketing plans simultaneously—meeting deadlines, managing deliverables, and maintaining high standards of quality throughout.
We’re looking for someone who not only excels at execution but also brings fresh, innovative thinking to the table—someone who’s eager to improve processes and step in wherever needed to support team success.
5 days per week onsiteResponsibilities:
Collaborate with the Card Experiences team to develop, market, and activate cardmember-hosted trips and evergreen bookable itineraries that elevate the brand, drive buzz, and enhance brand perception.
Lead the travel trips program from overall management to marketing planning, oversight of cross-functional team work, creative development, and execution.
Manage the inclusion and creative development of assets within events marketing channels, including email and social media.
Grow the marketing asset library through outreach to partners, while maintaining controls and documentation.
Create partnership campaign reports by working with data and analytics teams on metrics, data use approvals, and crafting compelling stories for external stakeholders.
Monitor market trends for new partner opportunities and vet potential partners that align with design targets and strategic framework.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other lines of business to build robust marketing programs that increase engagement with travel benefits.
Think creatively and strategically, offering innovative ideas for marketing key partners to target audiences.
Apply a problem-solving mindset to develop processes and implement them strategically.
Execute effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Develop solutions based on customer needs and insights.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required.
4+ years of experience in consumer marketing, driving awareness, engagement and usage.
Proven track record of gaining alignment and building relationships quickly with a diverse group of stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and campaigns.
Experience working with and managing external relationships.
Start-up mentality, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and successfully collaborate across lines of business.
Direct or indirect experience in Travel.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong preference for Marketing experience to be with lifestyle consumer brands in travel, entertainment, fashion, or advertising.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to activate compelling programs and partnerships that drive user intent.
Consumer-first mindset, leveraging first- and third-party data to develop best-in-class benefits and create valuable partnerships that inspire customer engagement.
Strategic thinker with a creative mindset for marketing key partners.
