This role is pivotal in ensuring the employee experience (EX) in the “Global Pricing Lead Team” by fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment. How you create impact
+ Oversee daily operations and manage workloads to optimize productivity and efficiency.
+ Execute the strategic vision and lead change initiatives in collaboration with the Global Rate Manager.
+ Ensure clear and consistent team communication.
+ Support, mentor, and manage team performance and conflicts.
+ Collaborate with key stakeholders, including other departments and external partners, to align pricing strategies and initiatives.
+ Identify potential risks related to pricing strategies and develop mitigation plans.
+ Set clear expectations, hold team members accountable, and align efforts with Kuehne+Nagel's goals

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
