Are you a compassionate physician dedicated to providing exceptional care to patients and families during life’s most critical moments? Virtua Health invites you to join our expanding Palliative Care & Hospice team, where your expertise will directly enhance the quality of life for our diverse community.

About the Role:This position primarily focuses on outpatient and home-based palliative care, with occasional inpatient consults to ensure seamless, continuous support. You’ll work alongside a collaborative team of physicians and advanced practice providers committed to compassionate, patient-centered care.

+ Provide expert palliative and hospice care across home, clinic, and community settings

+ Collaborate closely with a dedicated multidisciplinary team

+ Participate in call and weekend rotations to support patient needs

+ Offer continuity, comfort, and guidance to patients and their families

What We’re Looking For:

+ Board certified or eligible in Hospice & Palliative Medicine

+ Passionate about community-based, patient-focused care

+ Skilled at building trusting relationships with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams

+ Motivated to grow professionally within a collaborative, innovative healthcare system

Compensation:

The starting salary for this position is: $240,000.00 (annually).The actual compensation package could vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, the applicant’s experience, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
