As a MuleSoft Technical Architect, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and QA team members, to deliver, maintain, and support cutting-edge MuleSoft functionality. You will lead the design, architecture, and technical oversight of MuleSoft solutions across multiple projects, ensuring scalability and alignment with the company’s growth strategies.
This role requires a balance of hands-on technical expertise and strategic leadership. As a trusted advisor, the MuleSoft Technical Architect ensures robust, scalable integration solutions and drives the successful delivery of projects, mentoring development teams and collaborating with business stakeholders.
Compensation for this role is $125,333.00 annually.
Requirements
+ Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment that consists of at least two onsite days per week.
+ Able to work during normal business hours as well as nights or weekends as needed to support deployments and maintenance windows.

+ Leadership and mentorship experience to guide development teams.
+ Solid experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and multi-team collaboration.
+ Skilled at troubleshooting and resolving distributed systems issues.
+ Strong understanding of platform security, authentication, and identity management.
+ Familiarity with system architecture, data management, and ETL tools.
+ Ability to lead workshops, document risks, and align solutions with business objectives.
Technical Skills:
+ Proficiency in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform components: Anypoint Studio, API Manager, Runtime Manager, and Anypoint Exchange.
+ Expertise in API lifecycle management, including RESTful API design and governance.
+ Strong command of DataWeave for complex data transformations.
+ Deep understanding of integration patterns (e.g., message routing, filtering, queuing).
+ Strong knowledge of and experience with performance optimization, large dataset processing, and hybrid/multi-cloud integration models.
+ Strong knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines.
+ Familiarity with microservices architecture and event-driven design.
+ Proficiency in Java, JSON, XML, and related technologies.
+ Experience with relational and NoSQL databases and their integration with MuleSoft.
Education/Experience:
+ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field strongly preferred.
+ At least 7+ years of experience with the MuleSoft platform, including architectural leadership.
+ Multiple full-lifecycle MuleSoft implementations with hands-on development experience.
+ MuleSoft Certified Developer - Integration and API Associate certifications required.
+ MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect and MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect certifications preferred.
