    Description

    As a Strength Room Instructor, you will provide exceptional customer service, guidance, and support to participants in the fitness center. Strength Room Instructors uphold the safety standards and enforce the rules and policies as needed while creating a welcoming environment.

     

    Hours: Wednesday through Friday 3:00pm-8:00pm

    Responsibilities:

    • Providing clear instruction and guidance on equipment usage and exercises• Maintaining a clean and organized fitness center• Responding promptly and professionally to participant inquiries and concerns• Collaborating with other fitness staff to create a positive and inclusive gym environment• Maintain an atmosphere to ensure that all participants feel welcome and comfortable.• Provide information related to the fitness center such as membership and personal training.• Enforce the policies and rules of the fitness center.• Provide tours for potential participants• Keep CPR certifications up to date.• Attend meetings and perform other duties as requested.

    + Requirements• Excellent Customer Service Skills• Ability to relate to a diverse population • Ability to maintain and clean and safe environment• Experience in Fitness field preferred• Knowledge of cardiovascular and strength training preferredCPR certification must be attained during the first 6 months of employment
