    Job Title: Desktop Support Technician

     

    We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Desktop Support Technician with strong customer service skills to provide technical assistance to end-users in an untraditional work setting. This role involves installation, troubleshooting, and repair of devices in a Windows-based environment, along with support for security cameras, servers, and network switches. Candidates will interact with staff in designated work detail settings.

    Responsibilities:

    + Provide onsite desktop support, including installation and troubleshooting

    + Assist with security camera systems, servers, and network equipment

    + Deliver excellent customer service while working with end users

    + Perform equipment setup and maintenance

    + Maintain organization and work efficiently with minimal supervision

    Qualifications:

    + Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills

    + Ability to lift and carry heavy objects or work in challenging conditions

    + Valid driver's license required

    + Completion of required training to adapt to the correctional facility environment

    Experience Level:

    Expert-level candidates preferred; however, strong junior candidates with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills will be considered.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
